Take a historical Kona dinner cruise along the coast.
Step aboard the Kanoa II, a beautiful 65’ catamaran, for a relaxed evening on the water with friends. Enjoy a full dinner buffet with live music as you discover the intriguing history of the Big Island’s coast on your Kona dinner cruise.
Depart from the easy-to-find Kailua Pier on the west side of the island near Kona. Body Glove’s office offers free parking at the Ilima Court Shopping Center, just a few minutes’ walk from the boat launch site. After a stress free check-in and boarding process, you’re free to explore the comfortable catamaran. The boat features two deck levels with cushioned seating, flat screen TVs, and a state-of-the-art sound system. Meet the friendly and caring crew onboard, and relax as the captain reveals the Kona coast.
Along your twelve mile journey along the coast, listen to a local historian as she shares with you the stories of this land. She’ll showcase nearly 50 sites of historical interest and natural beauty. Cruise to Kealakekua Bay, where the Captain Cook Monument tells the story of the infamous European voyagers and their fate.
Here you’ll enjoy the plentiful buffet prepared by acclaimed Chef Jason Lofland. The Kona dinner cruise menu includes light pupus with fruit, cheese and crackers. The main entrees are local favorites: Kalua Pork and Cabbage, Brisket of Beef, and Pulehu Grilled Chicken. Top off your plate with sides of lomi lomi salmon, vegetable rice pilaf, green salad and guava taro rolls. Save room for dessert and coffee as the sun goes down.
Sit back, relax and unwind as you enjoy the beautiful sunset, live music and stories of this incredible place. Spend the evening with the good friends, loved ones and the friendly crew of Body Glove on this educational, scenic and delicious Kona dinner cruise.

Was good experience
Gayle S. – :
The crew was very attentive and very nice. The entertainment was awesome. Your historian and narrator was gracious and very informative. Her voice sounded like music. Very happy with it all.
Rubie S. – :
The boat ride did not have enough activities for the full tour. The tour became boring once it became dark.
Theresa N. – :
Well balanced between being entertained and having peaceful times. Thx
Lyndell F. – :
It was a nice boat ride and the tour guides were very informative, however we did not see any whales, and we had to leave the next day – so much for the “guarantee”.
Debbie H. – :
Food, staff, and views were awesome.
